The American Craft Council fosters livelihoods and ways of living grounded in the artful work of the human hand, creating a more joyful, humane, and regenerative world.

You have a hand in keeping craft alive.

Craft helps us find the common threads that are shared by all humans. It helps us understand and embrace our similarities—and our differences. The American Craft Council celebrates and uplifts the broad diversity of American craft and the artists who build American culture and create pathways between people.

With the support of our community, including donors like you, we are able to amplify artists' stories through American Craft magazine and online content, invest in creative economies through marketplace events that support artists, celebrate craft's legacy through our awards program and research library, and create space for dialogue and action--because craft can bring us together as people.
