New and Noteworthy Craft Books in 2017
As we say goodbye to 2016, we're looking forward to the many books and exhibition catalogues being published in the new year. From the stunning documentation of solo and group shows in the US and abroad to scholarly works on gender identity, sustainability, and the craft economy to the latest manuals for building community, exhibiting craft, making a living, and just plain making, there are books for everyone in 2017.
To give you a taste of what's to come, here are a handful of titles hitting the shelves from January to early March.
We've added these titles, as well as many others, to our 2017 ACC Reading List Pinterest board. Please follow our board as we continue to add titles throughout the year. Is there a 2017 title you are looking forward to reading that is missing from our list? Email ACC librarian Jessica Shaykett with suggestions.
