The Museum of Modern Art will close for renovations and expansion on June 15; it will reopen October 21 with the addition of more than 40,000 square feet and "a deeper experience of art through all mediums and by artists from more diverse geographies and backgrounds," according to a MoMA news release.
“How to become lost,” explores how the work and the making process act as an escapism experience for artists. This latest exhibition presented at Gallery 71 in Edina, Minnesota, opens on February 21 and features the work of Sayge Carroll, Meg Murphy, Lamar Peterson, Jacob Aaron Schroeder, and Maggie Thompson.
Award-winning chefs will collaborate with 15 artists in the New York City premier of Steinbeisser’s Experimental Gastronomy, in partnership with the James Beard Foundation. Reservations are now open for two dates, May 18 and 19.
