I create knitwear in the form of soft sculptures that embrace the wearer in warmth and style. A bas-relief of surface topography is created by folds, tucks, tubes, pleats, ruche and welts, combined with traditional stitch work like cables, ribs, and many knit/purl patterns. My distinctive artisan garments are handloomed and knitted in luxury fibers, including alpaca, wool, linen, and silk. I strive to create new shapes that surprise and delight.
