About this opportunity
The Airport Foundation MSP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based at Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP), dedicated to elevating the traveler experience and supporting the airport and broader aviation community.
Through its nationally recognized Travelers Assistance program, the Foundation supports more than two million travelers each year. Hundreds of highly trained volunteers provide wayfinding, information, and personalized assistance, helping position MSP as one of the top airports in North America and serving as a model for airports worldwide.
In partnership with the Metropolitan Airports Commission, the Foundation also leads Arts@MSP, an award-winning arts and culture program that integrates visual and performing arts throughout the airport environment. Arts@MSP commissions and presents public art, exhibitions, film and media works, and live music and dance performances, transforming MSP into a dynamic civic and cultural space.
The Foundation’s work extends to airport beautification and including seasonal plantings, special events, and family-friendly play areas, all reflecting a commitment to thoughtful, human-centered design.
At the core of the Foundation’s impact is its volunteer community. The Airport Foundation MSP offers meaningful opportunities to engage in customer service, arts and culture, animal ambassador programs, and other roles that support a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable airport experience.
