Founded in 1974, The Clay Studio continues in the belief that shared creativity, so fundamental to humanity, is a critical force for good.

The Clay Studio’s Functional Gallery features handmade ceramics by nearly 100 artists across the U.S. This gallery is an excellent way to learn more about the different approaches contemporary artists are taking to making functional work, various firing and surface techniques, and when you visit in person, have a chance to touch and hold these unique objects.
