Contract Administrator Position with AACG

Position: Administrator (Annual Contract)
Location: Remote (US), with some reimbursed travel required for meetings
Reports to: President
Compensation: Range of $43,680 to $54,600, payable monthly, commensurate with experience
Target Start Date: November 1, 2026 (or as mutually agreed)

The Art Alliance for Contemporary Glass (AACG), an international, member-driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the appreciation and development of contemporary glass art, seeks an organized, detail-oriented Administrator to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations. This position will manage AACG’s membership, communications, website content, financial administration, and organizational support. This administrator will work in collaboration with a current administrator, who will be handling a limited number of other responsibilities.
