Craft Contemporary

Partner Benefit

Craft Contemporary is redefining what a museum can be. Founded in 1965 by visionary Edith Wyle as The Egg and The Eye, this Los Angeles museum celebrates the transformative power of craft through thought-provoking exhibitions, hands-on experiences, and community-centered programming. Welcoming more than 25,000 visitors annually, the museum presents two to four exhibitions and over 100 multigenerational programs each year. A champion of emerging artists, Craft Contemporary provides many with their first museum exhibition, professional development opportunities, and a platform to explore the intersections of cultural heritage, traditional techniques, material innovation, and contemporary issues. Guided by a commitment to storytelling, accessibility, and sustainability, including a goal of achieving zero-waste exhibitions by 2030, Craft Contemporary is a place where artists thrive, communities connect, and the possibilities of craft are continually reimagined.
