Keiko Fukazawa Retrospective: The Space in Between

This show is a retrospective of the 40-plus-year career of a Japan-born, California-based ceramist who creates lively, often paradoxical sculptural works: plates swarming with colorful Asian pop-cultural icons; allusions to social issues; and pieces reflecting the dislocations of a dual cultural identity, including shattered and reassembled teapots.
