Giving Week 2025
July 14–20, 2025
This year our goal is $100,000. All first-time donors during Giving Week will be entered into a drawing to take home a Suzye Ogawa original. Read on to learn more.

Ogawa constructs each piece with various types of wax using hand tools from her father Howard Ogawa's dental laboratory. "He was a master wax worker. I try to channel his skill in each piece," she says.
Everybody In!
Craft builds community, and community is vital to craft. The generosity of our supporters makes it possible for us to continue our essential work in uplifting the community. ACC provides educational opportunities, grants, and awards for artists at all career stages, shares the stories of craft and its makers with a nationwide audience, and builds community among craft artists, collectors, and the craft-curious through in-person and virtual events.
July 14–20, 2025, ACC will roll out our annual Giving Week campaign to raise $100,000 of vital funding in support of all our programs.
As a token of our gratitude, we are holding a drawing that will allow five lucky members of our ACC community to win an original work by Suzye Ogawa. A longtime participating artist and friend of ACC, Suzye combines traditional metal and basketry techniques as well as her Japanese American heritage to create stunning miniatures. All first-time ACC donors during Giving Week (July 14–20, 2025) will be automatically entered into the drawing for one of five exquisite, metal-cast miniature baskets made and donated by Suzye Ogawa. All others can enter the drawing by filling out this form by July 20, 2025.
We hope you will join the following friends of ACC with a gift of any size. Together, we can create a world where objects matter, makers thrive, and craft connects.
