Art in the Pearl is one of the top 10 arts and crafts festivals in the country, held annually in Portland, Oregon. Each Labor Day weekend, the North Park Blocks are filled with high-quality art from artists across the US, as well as educational craft demonstrations and hands-on activities for people of all ages.
