The American Craft Council (ACC) and The Hambidge Center will host a collaborative opening reception celebrating Atlanta’s creative community while launching two major initiatives: the 2026 Hambidge Hive Auction and ACC’s announcement of the 2027 ACC Atlanta Fair. The event will feature a micro-market of regional craft artists, artist installations, and remarks from organizational and city leaders.
Hambidge transforms Uptown Atlanta’s 15th floor into a 30,000-square-foot immersive art space for a month-long exploration of hand, material, and mind featuring large-scale installations, an art auction, a ceramic cup gallery, artist talks and more. Participating artists will be present to talk about their works.
Launching this exciting month-long installation, the American Craft Council has partnered with Hambidge to host the opening event and announce the return of a 2027 Atlanta Fair with a micro-market featuring a dozen top craft artists from the region who will be demonstrating their process and sharing works for sale.
