Textile Center Open House

Experience one of the nation’s premier organizations dedicated to fiber art at Textile Center. During this special open house, conference attendees are invited to explore the Center’s galleries, library, dye lab and garden, and retail spaces while learning about its nationally recognized exhibitions, educational programs, artist opportunities, and community initiatives.

Guests can view the 130+ artworks on view in the A Common Thread members exhibition, visit rooms where classes and workshops take place year-round, browse one of the country’s most comprehensive circulating textile libraries, and shop for handcrafted work and fiber art supplies in the Center’s artisan shop and secondhand supplies shop. Staff will be available throughout the afternoon to share more about Textile Center’s mission of promoting textile arts through education, exhibitions, and community engagement.

Parking & Accessibility
Free parking is available in the Textile Center parking lot, with additional street parking nearby. Handicapped parking is available in the Textile Center’s back lot.
