I hereby assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the American Craft Council, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the program.
