About this opportunity

Exhibition Overview

Gallery 120 at Inver Hills Community College is seeking proposals for an exhibition that centers fiber traditions alongside installation, sound, and/or video work. We are especially interested in projects that treat fiber as both a material and a way of thinking—connected to process, labor, care, and lived experience.

The exhibition welcomes interdisciplinary approaches that combine textiles, soft sculpture, installation, sound, and/or moving image – work that actively engages the gallery space. Work may explore any themes, as the primary focus of this exhibition is on material, process, and spatial engagement rather than subject matter.

Solo, duo, and three-person exhibition proposals will be considered, depending on submissions received.
