Paul Soldner and the Birth of American Raku
Looking back at one man's unique adaptations of a traditional Japanese technique.
moreLocated at our offices in the historic Grain Belt Brewery building, our library is home to thousands of books, exhibition catalogs, periodicals, and more. We’re located in Minneapolis, MN, and open weekdays.
Use the catalog search to find specific materials from our library. The American Craft Council Library is for reference only. Materials may not be borrowed, but we do have scanning and photocopy services available.
The library preserves the institutional memory of the American Craft Council (1941-present), Museum of Contemporary Crafts/American Craft Museum (1956-1990), World Crafts Council (1964-present) and the Craft Students League of New York (1932-2005).
Browse a list of arts councils and craft organizations by state or view our selective list of schools that offer workshops and/or courses in craft, along with a broad sample of mediums for each program.
