What, or who, is ROLU? This Minneapolis-based design studio has established itself with unique landscape design, innovative studio furniture, and a series of unique projects in collaboration with other organizations that all emphasize the studio's enthusiastic and infectious curiosity. Its celebrated blog provides a window into the numerous interests, both practical and philosophical, that inform their practice and could be described now as "thinking through doing."

For this next installment of our Fall Salon Series, join Matt Olson of ROLU STUDIO and ACC Director of Education Perry Price on Thursday, November 8th, at 7:00 p.m. in the American Craft Council Library for a conversation on the studio's unique approach to process. Can't join us? Learn more about the projects of ROLU and the design studio's unique act of making in the video above.

Presented by the American Craft Council, the Library Salon Series is a series of free public presentations exploring craft, making, and art. Check out past Salon Series events.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a Minnesota State Arts Board Operating Support grant, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
