I have been making landscape quilts (wall hangings), in addition to cloisonné enamel jewelry, for a while. They allow me to explore a much larger medium, and see if i can create a believable landscapes in fabric. Most of the images are from photographs I have taken myself, and showcase the rapidly changing world around us. My quilts are created by using raw edged fabric appliqué that is fused to a base piece and then stitched down while quilting the finished piece, adding additional detail.
