ACC Board Leadership Transition

Board Chair Preeti Gopinath has had to resign from her position for personal reasons.

We are saddened to share the news that Board Chair Preeti Gopinath has had to resign from her position for personal reasons. Preeti joined our board of trustees in 2021 and has been a dedicated leader and champion for ACC. We will miss her keen intellect, creativity, and sense of humor, and we are deeply grateful for her contributions not only to our organization, but to our larger craft ecosystem as a groundbreaking educator and advocate.

Lonstanding ACC trustee and arts leader Bob Lynch, who began his tenure as vice chair last October, has graciously agreed to serve as interim chair until our board meets and elects a trustee to fill the remainder of Preeti’s term. Keep an eye on Dispatch for updates.
