If you’re a high school art, design, technology or arts integration teacher, your professional effectiveness goes hand in hand with your personal creativity. CCAD’s Educators’ Summer Studio provides professional development and creative experiences designed especially for you to focus on your own portfolio. This studio-intensive program will help you recharge your creative side. You will:

• invest in your own creative growth and development
• build relationships with other creative and innovative educators and with the faculty and staff at CCAD
• get specific activities and lesson ideas to take back to your classroom
• bolster your understanding of how design education can be integrated with business and entrepreneurship

When you successfully complete all sessions of the Educators’ Summer Studio program, you’ll earn 3.5 professional development units. These units can be submitted to your professional development committee for K-12 license renewal.
