Ever wanted to learn how to craft your own kraut, kimchi, or other fermented deliciousness? This hands-on workshop is a fun and exciting intro to the basics of fermenting foods. Led by and held at Gyst Fermentation Bar, the workshop includes materials, light snacks, and one drink. Registration is required, and space is limited. Workshop fee is $40 per person.
