Contemporary quilt artist Paula Kovarik makes art with thread and fabric, stitching as an extension of her thoughts through her hands. Her quilts reach deep into the collective unconscious and unifies it through a thread that is the notion of life. Her quilts explore ideas of love, psychology, nature, and politics, and the obvious and unexpected ways that connect it all.
