Museum of Contemporary Crafts (MCC) / American Craft Museum (ACM) Finding Guide

This finding aid documents exhibitions sponsored by the ACC and held at the Museum of Contemporary Crafts (1956-1979) and the American Craft Museum (1980-1990). The efforts of the museum department of the ACC in planning and executing exhibitions are documented in this collection. 

While this is a basic list of titles and dates, each exhibition file may include:  exhibition catalogues; brochures; checklists; correspondence with curators, artists and other institutions; exhibition related event information; loan and lender information; legal contracts; financial documents; installation diagrams; newspaper and magazine clippings; photographs; public relations documents; research on artists and artwork; traveling exhibition documents including exhibition ephemera from other institutions; shipping information; and wall lists.
