Gena joined the Council after many years of fundraising in Chicago at places such as the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, the Brookfield Zoo, the Adler Planetarium, and the Chicago History Museum. Gena has worked extensively with individuals and family foundations, in addition to managing membership programs and planning large-scale events. With a personal love of craft in all its forms, Gena spends her free time crocheting, digging into DIY projects at home, and enjoying vegetarian cooking with her family. She's thrilled to help grow ACC's network of members, donors, and friends.
