Have a passion for knitting? Through the #HatNotHate campaign, you can put your needle skills to work to end bullying in schools across the country.

Started in 2018 by Lion Brand Yarn Company, the #HatNotHate anti-bullying movement is "craftivism" at its best. The campaign uses handmade blue hats to build awareness of the effect of bullying while rallying communities in the effort to eradicate it.

The call to action is simple:

• Make blue hats by hand
• Wear the hats to help spread the message
• Share the message on social media and donate the hats to schools across the country
