It's Not Just About Shopping
ACC is the largest nonprofit producer of fine craft shows in the US. One of the ways we fulfill our mission to champion craft is by connecting makers with buyers and educating the general public about craft. Here are some of the exciting ways you can experience craft at our shows.
Hip Pop Emerging Artists Program
Discover shared booths featuring the country's top emerging artists. Experience their fresh perspectives, creative use of materials, and contemporary work ranging from sophisticated elegance to cutting-edge finds.
Make Room: Modern Design Meets Craft
ACC’s popular home décor program puts craft into context by featuring room vignettes created by local interior designers. This year’s theme, “Color Story,” asks designers to create room vignettes inspired by a favorite color or group of colors that make a cohesive design statement.
Don’t miss our bustling Let’s Make Inspiration Stations. A variety of artisans and artisanal food purveyors will provide interactive demonstrations, tastings, and hands-on activities, giving show-goers the opportunity to experience the process of making.
THE BALVENIE SCOTCH TASTING LOUNGE
Back by popular demand, The Balvenie returns to Baltimore, Atlanta, and St. Paul to showcase its award-winning, handcrafted single-malt Scotch whisky. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill Scotch; The Balvenie is the only company of its kind still making its Scotch by hand, using centuries-old techniques. This dedication to the handmade reflects the values shared by the many artists at our shows and makes ACC proud to partner with them, an organization equally committed to championing craft. While visiting the lounge be sure to stop and enjoy screenings of Raw Craft featuring Anthony Bourdain.
ACC’s Style Slam program pairs local stylists with our talented network of ACC fashion wearables, accessories, and jewelry artists to demonstrate how the statement pieces ACC artists are known for are the perfect fit for any fashion-conscious wardrobe. Stop by the Style Slam booth to learn about the latest fashion and beauty tips.
The ACC is proud to partner with undergraduate and graduate schools across the country to provide experiential education at our shows, giving students the opportunity to gain the practical insight and exposure needed to launch a successful practice after graduation.
