As a solo working artist, I collect & cast specimens from nature. They become my raw materials. Objects are prepped, sprued up, invested, burned out, cast, cleaned and fabricated into finished items. I deconstruct items, then patch and reassemble using rivets and/or stitches. I make everything in my NC studio. I am mostly self-taught, learning many, many metal smithing and jewelry making techniques over the past 25+ years.
